Solid Waste and Billing Update
Parryville Borough residents should have received the quarterly solid waste invoice from PA Municipal Services (PAMS). While the Borough is changing solid waste haulers, PAMS will remain Parryville Borough’s billing company through at least the end of 2026.
Please note that Waste Management and PAMS are separate and independent companies. Although both operate within the solid waste industry, they are not affiliated. All quarterly payments should continue to be made to PAMS as usual.

New Solid Waste Hauler and Collection Schedule
Parryville Borough has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with Towamensing Township, which will begin collecting Parryville Borough’s solid waste on Thursday, February 5.
Effective February 2026, Parryville Borough’s weekly trash collection day will be Thursdays.

​PA Municipal Services is contracted with Parryville Borough for all solid waste payments. In order to make this as seamless as possible, we now collect payments electronically. All residents received a bill sent to them via United States Postal Service or electronically or both. To make a payment, click here and have your account number readily available.
